  • Office Administrator – Chicago, IL

    Eclipse is growing. As part of our development and the expansion of our new office in Chicago we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Eclipse Gaming family. Reporting to the Director of Finance and HR, this is an entry level position with a lot of exposure to the leadership team and a great opportunity to show what you can bring to the team. Strong candidates will be eligible for quick career growth within the HR and Finance department.

     

    What We're Looking For

    • Dynamic individual seeking the next challenge in a fast-growing company
    • Someone that is eager to learn and work closely with management and the leadership team
    • HR/Admin/Accounting/Finance career-oriented candidate willing to gain experience in multiple fields

    Requirements

    • Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated and possess an excellent work ethic
    • A high degree of confidentiality is mandatory
    • Extensive experience desired with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to book travel arrangements and coordinate go-to-meeting invites
    • Must be able to work in a “team” atmosphere and contribute accordingly

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    Human Resources

    • Assist HR manager with daily duties
    • Hiring and termination process and forms
    • Insurance/Benefits enrollment forms maintenance
    • Resume and applicant’s selection

    Office Administration

    • Monitor office supplies and order placement as necessary
    • Ensure general office and kitchen area are always presentable
    • Accounts Payable receipt and filing
    • Expense reports reconciliation and filing
    • Act as receptionist and handle in-coming phone calls in a professional manner
    • Assist in planning/coordinating corporate office function
